DIRECT BILLING
•We offer direct billing for most Extended Health Care Plans.
•The following companies are some eligible for Direct Billing through the Telus Health Provider Portal: Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance, Cowan, Claimsecure, Desjardins Insurance, Great-West Life/Canada Life, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc,. Manulife Financial, Maximum Benefit or Johnston Group, Standard Life, Sunlife Financial.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Debit, Visa, Master Card, Cheque, Cash.
EMPLOYER HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS
Services may be fully or partially covered by extended health care (EHC)plans.We can help you navigate through the claims process and documentation required by your extended healthcare company. We may also be able to submit your claims directly online if allowed by your insurance provider.
Contact your Human Resources or extended healthcare company to review details of your benefits package through your employer.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT(MVA)
If your injury or condition was caused by a Motor Vehicle Accident(MVA),the assessment and treatment services are covered by both your extended health plan benefits and your automobile insurance carrier.
We will ensure access to the right funding sources relating to your injury and treatment.Any services not covered by your extended health plan will be covered by your automobile insurance carrier provided all the required paper work and approvals have been submitted and obtained.If you do not have extended health coverage,service fees will be sent directly to your auto insurance carrier for payment.
WORKERS COMPENSATION (WSIB)
If your injury or condition occurred on the job,you may be eligible for coverage through your provincial workers compensation board for rehabilitation services.We will help you navigate through the claims process,documentation and reporting requirements.We will communicate and coordinate with all parties involved in managing your work injury.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you.
Please understand that providers only get paid when they deliver a service therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients and patients.
Our policy is if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy for missed appointments will be applied.
Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not cover fees for Chiropractic,Registered Massage Therapy and Acupuncture services however the mentioned programs may cover full or partial costs for services.
