(1)Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to come to our clinic.
Chiropractors are primary health care practitioners and do not need a referral.Registered Massage Therapy and Acupuncture services do not require a referral for service.However if you are using a Health Insurance Plan some require a Doctors Referral for purposes of reimbursement of certain services.Please check with your insurance provider for details on your individual plan.
(2)Are your services covered by OHIP?
No,our services are not covered by OHIP.
(3)How are services covered?
Many of our services are covered extensively by third party health insurance plans.These include: automobile insurance, worker’s compensation boards, private health care insurers and student health care plans. We also accept other forms of payment such as debit,credit,cash.
(4)Does the Clinic do direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes,we directly bill most insurance companies. Please contact our clinic for more information.
(5)Do you issue receipts for Insurance reimbursement?
Yes,receipts are issued at the end of each session for insurance reimbursement.
(6)Are the Chiropractor and therapist registered in the province of Ontario?
Yes, all the practitioners/providers at our clinic are registered and in good standing with the respective Regulatory bodies in the Province of Ontario.
(7)I was in a car accident, do I have to pay for my treatments?
If you were in a car accident, you may come in for treatment.We will bill directly to the appropriate insurance provider for any treatment that you receive.
(8)I have a workplace related injury,do i have to pay for my treatments?
If your injury or condition occurred on the job,you may be eligible for coverage through your provincial workers compensation board for rehabilitation services.Please contact our office for more information.
(9)How long is each visit?
Each visit will vary depending on the condition being treated and the service being provided.
(10)My doctor referred me to another clinic, is it possible for me to attend your clinic?
Yes,you can attend our clinic or any clinic of your choosing.
(11)How long is the waiting time?
We do not have a wait-list because appointments are booked ahead of time.We make all efforts to accommodate all patients and minimize waiting times.
(12)Is there parking available?
Yes,there is plenty of free parking available and TTC accessible.
